Herman Smith Award in Music
The Herman Smith Award in Music is awarded to a student in Year 2 or beyond in the Don Wright Faculty of Music, based on academic achievement and demonstrated financial need.
The award was estabilished by Craig Smith, President of Ashlar Urban, and his wife Cathy Smith, in memory of Mr. Smith's father, Herman Smith, through Foundation Western.

Gilda's Club Toronto
Gilda's Club provides a meeting place where men, women, teens and children living with cancer, as well as their families and friends, can join with others to build social and emotional support as a supplement to their treatment of choice. Gilda's Club offers support and networking groups, letctures, workshops and social events in a non-residential, home-like setting.
