Aran’s competitive nature, urban development background, and strong work ethic have led him to be integral part of the Land and Facilities Team at Ashlar Crosby Cairo. Aran’s strong local knowledge with an intimate understanding of the issues and trends affecting the landlords and tenants have allowed him to work with senior agents and become highly involved in all facets of the commercial real estate business.
Scope of Experience
Prior to joining Ashlar Crosby Cairo, Aran’s strong analytical and problem solving skills allowed him to spearhead and develop the Computer Server Audit Program with Symtech Innovations Canada. He was responsible for managing and developing the data collection process for key accounts with CIBC and Hewlett Packard. Aran gained extensive marketing experience while working with Brands Unlimited, in which he had a prominent role in the development and execution of the Sleeman Breweries Ltd. marketing campaign.
Aran has been an integral part of two recent sales transactions including a 204 acre residential development parcel in Unionville (Markham) for $100 million and a 88,000 sq. ft. industrial building in Vaughan for $7 million.
Education
Aran received his bachelor’s degree from McMaster University in Geography and Earth Sciences, in which he specialized in Urban Development and Geo Spatial Science. His educational background brings a unique understanding of the planning and development process.
