Background & Experience
Brent Jorgens specializes in both investment sales and office leasing, with a particular expertise in historic/character building product in Toronto's downtown periphery and emerging markets. Prior to joining the Ashlar team Brent focused his studies in architecture at the University of Toronto and holds a Bachelor of Arts from Dalhousie University with a focus in history and economics.
He has been successful in utilizing his unique background and skills to provide investors with a new perception of existing properties and the potential to add value through retrofit, repositioning, and adaptive re-use in order to achieve the highest possible return on investment. He is also active in the leasing of commercial office space, having successfully completed numerous transactions on behalf of both tenants and landlords.
Brent's strong work ethic, integrity, and ability to continually provide clients with a succinct and accurate understanding of local market dynamics allows him to achieve client goals while surpassing expectations.
