Craig Smith is the Founder, President and Broker of Record of Ashlar Urban Realty Inc., a full service commercial real estate firm in Toronto, Ontario. Craig has earned a reputation as an expert in historic and character buildings and specializes in investment sales and downtown office leasing in Toronto's core and periphery areas. He was perviously manager of both the Knowlton Realty and Torode Realty organizations and has achieved considerable success in leasing and sales over the past twenty years, ranging from entrepreneurial target acquisitions to the institutional portfolio dispositions. Throughout his career, Craig has been one of the top producers in the industry. His clients have included some of Canada's leading entrepreneurs and many of Canada's leading corporations as well as various levels of government.
