Scope of Service Experience
Jeff Thomas is actively involved in Toronto’s downtown core and periphery markets focusing on investment sales and leasing. Engaged on a client-directed basis by landlords, tenants, purchasers and vendors, Jeff has completed over 300 commercial real estate transactions to date.
Jeff has completed transactions on behalf of clients such as the Blackstone Group/Slate Properties, Allied Properties REIT, Westmont Hotels, Hampton-Metrix Capital Partners, Carttera Developments, Harhay Management Construction Limited, Cityscape Developments, BJL Developments, ROI Capital, and the TDL Group. Jeff has also worked in corporate consulting for clients such as the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation (CBC).
Jeff is actively engaged as lease listing agent for over 30 assets in Toronto’s downtown core. In addition to leasing Jeff has completed investment sales transactions in the residential infill, office, and retail asset categories.
