Background & Experience
Mark began his real estate career as a commercial leasing agent with CBRE in downtown Toronto. After several years at CBRE, Mark joined O&Y Enterprise as leasing manager for their downtown office properties. Mark’s responsibilities grew at O&Y Enterprise and he was ultimately promoted to Vice President Office Leasing, responsible for a number of downtown office towers, including Scotia Plaza.
In 2001 Mark left O&Y Enterprise to join a nationally recognized design-build firm to assist them in growing their office group. The company grew tremendously, transforming into a national development & construction group company.
Since Mark’s experience as part of the team that developed the SAS Head office in 2004, Mark has been involved in design, and marketing “green” office space nationally.
His new company, “Zero Carbon Inc.” was created to assist owners in marketing, leasing and acquiring office space built for the future.
