Michael’s primary focus is Toronto’s financial core and downtown fringe markets where he is active in investments, office and retail leasing. Michael has assisted in the implementation and development of real estate strategies for companies such as; Blackstone Group (o/a Slate Properties), Allied Properties REIT, Harhay Construction, Penequity, Lehman Brothers Canada, TD Canada Trust, TELUS Communications, Woodcliff Properties.
