The street is lined with upscale boutiques, chain stores, restaurants and galleries.  The fully leased building’s long-term tenants include Vdara Restaurant, Pavilion Furniture, Downward Dog Yoga Centre and The Raq Bar & Lounge.

The turn-key sale transaction was reported at $7,250,000.00.
